Established 1989 · Florida, USA
A licensed U.S. manufacturer, importer and exporter of defense articles, serving authorized government customers since 1989.
We specialize in the acquisition and sale in military small arms and ammunition. We import from overseas into the U.S. market.
InterOrdnance, Inc. (I.O. Inc.) has worked in the international trade of military small arms, ammunition and equipment since 1989. We supply authorized government customers, acquire surplus inventory from foreign governments, and manufacture and modernize rifles at our Florida facility.
Three decades in this industry have taught us the licensing, documentation and logistics that cross-border defense transactions demand. We keep our commitments and our clients’ business confidential.
Procurement and Supply for Government Customers
We supply rifles, small arms ammunition, parts and upgrade kits to ministries of defense, armed forces and law enforcement agencies. Every sale moves under the required U.S. export authorizations and the buyer’s end-user certificate.

We Buy Surplus Military Small Arms and Ammunition
As forces modernize, governments retire weapons and ammunition. We purchase obsolete, decommissioned and excess inventory, from single lots to full depots. We review your inventory, make a firm written offer, and handle import permits, inspection, packing and shipment.
Modernize the Rifles You Already Own
Replacing a rifle inventory is expensive. We upgrade existing M16 and AK platform rifles with modern rails, furniture and NiB-coated parts, extending their service life at a fraction of the cost. We also provide firearms and security training to support new and upgraded equipment.
